Our client is looking for a high-level finance leader for their growing business. This position will be reporting to the Vice President of Finance. This is an Illinois onsite role that may transition into a Hybrid position, may require light travel both Domestic and International. The primary functions of the role will be the day-to-day accounting and finance management of the worldwide Division for Packaging Coatings.

No immediate direct reports for this position, direct reports to be assigned after 6-12months. Ultimately five controllers will be reporting to the Manufacturing Finance Manager.

Responsibilities
Rolling Cash forecast
Working Capital & Cash management
Assisting Operational Controllers as needed
Assisting Corporate Finance as needed
Financial Planning & Analysis
Requirements
Manufacturing experience required within the last 3 years
At least 10 years of accounting experience
5 years accounting/finance management/leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/ university in a Finance related field

Highly Preferred Experience
International business consolidation
Intercompany loans, deposits, corporate treasury, interested between business units
Understands balancing with FX
Strong understanding of transfer pricing
CPA and/or MBA or equivalent highly desired but not required.
