JOB LISTING: Personal Care Products Co. QC (Bench) Chemist – Ottawa, IL

Our client is a growing company the in the personal care products industry. This position is in Ottawa, IL (85 miles SW of downtown Chicago) has an immediate need for a QC Chemist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Batch Approval and troubleshooting
• Overview formulas prior to compound manufacturing commencement
• Assist QA/QC Manager as needed
• Laboratory equipment calibration
• Utilize UHPLC, GC, FT-IR, etc. for analysis

Requirements of the position
• Bachelor Degree (Chemistry/ Biology) with 0 years of work experience or High School Degree with 3 years of work experience
• Experience in Personal care products preferred.
• Basic Laboratory Testing experience.
