Our agency provides staffing and recruiting solutions to our clients across the USA.  We are seeking a professional with established client contacts to join our team.  We are specifically seeking someone who has established contacts with clients and who can leverage those contacts to develop new business quickly.  Please do not apply if you have not worked in the staffing industry.  This position is designed for an individual to enjoy the challenge of opening doors to new client and increasing sales with established clients.  This position will support our three divisions; Financial Staffers, LabPersonnel and Managed Care Staffers.  This position is considered an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Initiating professional outbound marketing calls and emails daily
• Thorough and accurate documentation of calls for future marketing endeavors
• Expert communication skills for internal and external purposes
• Proficiency speaking with managers at all levels
• Documenting communication in our database and providing follow up to secure our agency as an approved or favored staffing agency

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of inside sales experience in the staffing industry
• Proficiency with MS Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• Fearless when reaching out to contact clients

Hours

9am- 4:30 two to three days per week depending on what you are seeking   All candidates interested will be subjected to criminal background checks, drug screening, and pre-employment testing.
