Our client, a large healthcare entity, has a need for a Retail Pharmacy Supervisor for their 4 retail pharmacy locations in Indiana: 2 in Allen County and 2 in DeKalb County. The Allen County pharmacies are high-volume and collaborate closely with their medical center in Fort Wayne to offer services such as an accredited Specialty Pharmacy and Med to Beds. Their DeKalb locations offer community prescription compounding and delivery services. Compensation for this position includes a highly competitive salary and benefits and the position is eligible for a sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision in the organization, planning, implementation, and direction of pharmaceutical programs at all 4 pharmacies
• Responsible for the performance of pharmacy functions the Pharmacy Leadership teams require
• Ensure the efficient operation of outpatient pharmacies
• Establish, maintain, revise, and implement pharmacy operating procedures, work standards, and quality control measures
• Active promotion of good public relations and exceptional customer service\
• Supervise direct reports, which include pharmacists, pharmacy techs, pharmacy students, and/or volunteers

Education and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Pharm D degree from an accredited school of pharmacy required
• Must be eligible for (and obtain in 180 days) or hold a valid current license as a Registered Pharmacist from the IN-State Board of Pharmacy.
• Organizational, drug information, third-party billing, communication, & technical skills
• Ability to function in a clinical capacity to address medication therapy management concerns
