Our client, a well-established business specializing in ink, is seeking an In-Plant Ink Tech on 2nd shift. They will act as the liaison for the client and the customer with primary focus on providing world class support from within the In House Team. Work safely in supplying ink to the Customer, with highest quality, on time and efficiently. Help with all aspects of ink room operation per In-Plant ink room Manager.

Monday- Friday. Hours: 4pm-12am

Responsibilities:
• Continue to develop and Maintain supplier-customer relationship.
• ·Follow daily safety regimen.
• ·Responsible for helping maintain the liquid ink inventory.
• ·Follow Standard Operating Procedures, and training program per supervisor.
• ·Conducts process audits to monitor and develop continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• ·High school degree or equivalent.
• ·Flexo ink production experience
• ·Color matching and blending procedures experience
• A self-starter; demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize work, and self-motivate
• ·Ability to interact with all levels of staff (production employees through upper management) in a professional, courteous manner
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
• ·College or Technical training
• ·Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
• ·Forklift Certified
