Pharma Quality Director  – Bryan, OH

Position Summary:

LabPersonnel has partnered with our client; a high-tech pharmaceutical company.  We are looking to fill the direct hire, Quality Director position at the facility in Bryan, OH (Northwest OH). 

Essential Functions and Duties:

This leadership position will be responsible for supervising analysts, overseeing test results from the quality team, and ensuring that any changes are documented in order to provide high quality and efficient production of finished product. 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics or related field with 8-12 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device and supervisory experience required. Master’s Degree with 5-8 years’ experience and CQA, ASQ, ACS, and ASM certification is preferred. Knowledge of HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Compression, and Granulation & Excellent presentation skills
